Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days across Pakistan. Custom-made or customized orders may take 12-18 days or longer, depending on the requirements. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect. An unboxing video is mandatory for all defect claims. Please ensure you record the parcel opening clearly from start to finish. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

We accept card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan. For international orders, advance payment is required. For certain customized orders, an advance payment may also be required before production begins.
